Dispatch

In-stock orders are normally prepared for dispatch as quickly as reasonably possible.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or during high-volume periods may take longer to process.

Pre-orders

Products clearly marked as Pre-order are not ready for immediate dispatch.

Estimated dispatch times shown on the relevant product page are estimates and may change due to supplier or logistics delays.

Where a material delay occurs, customers will be informed where reasonably possible and any applicable legal rights will remain unaffected.

Tracking

Where a tracked service is used, tracking information will normally be provided after fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete address, additional postage may be required before it can be resent, subject to applicable law.
